I am Masaru! Cockatrimon Attacks
Season 5, Episode 1
A young boy who enjoys fighting even more than the 3rd serving of rice - Daimon Masaru. On a certain day, before a fight that Masaru had been training for, a strange dinosaur-like creature appears. This strange creature, "Agumon", is a "Digital Monster" from another world, the "Digital World". Masaru and Agumon agree to communicate by fighting. However, Agumon had escaped from and was being chased by an organization which investigates digital phenomena, called "DATS (pronounced 'dats')". DATS attempts to recover Agumon from Masaru. As Masaru and Agumon are chased, they run into the Adult stage Digimon, Cockatrimon. Seeing its enormous form ignites Masaru's combative heart, and he challenges Cockatrimon to a fight. Upon striking Cockatrimon, a "Digisoul" forms in Masaru's fist. When Agumon recieves Masaru's Digisoul, he evolves into Geo Greymon and defeats Cockatrimon. Commander Satsuma of DATS, after reviewing the events around Agumon and Masaru, formally appoints them as scouts for DATS. Thus, the captain of the school's fight club, Daimon Masaru, and his partner Agumon, join the fight against the Digimon which are threatening the world's borders.

Who knows what patterns and mysteries lies behind this series. As far as i know, I need to see more, much more!!! There is a small reminder, and loads of guesswork behind what will happen after this. But here we are, after so much waiting. The fifth series of Digimon...
We are below the city, and a Digimon is running, breath smoking. This introduces us to the very first episode of the new Digimon Savers! The Digimon, as we notice yellow with green eyes, runs towards a light.
At DATS an alarm goes on. (Digital Accident Tactic Squad). We are informed that a Digimon has gone rampaging at the Kouan area. And as the situation seems, they have no choice but to go in their and correct things. Satsuma, the boss of DATS (as it seems), tells his companions that they have to send Yoshino.
Scene changes again, a police car drives down the street telling everyone to evacuate, as a bomb is about to blow up in that area. It passes a fisherman on the way, who looks up. The park is off limit to everyone, though a girl tries to go in there. The police man tries to stop her, until she shows them her ID card and asks how the evacuation is going on? The police man thinks there are trouble at the south. A new voice speaks from a small device the girl carries, telling there are life signs 500 metres ahead. Yoshino asks if it is Raptor 1, but the voice answers that it is a human.
Yoshino walks pass the barrier and hurries to the park. Indeed some humans lie on the ground, heavily beaten by the facts that they can't move. Yoshino tells DATS about the situation through the headphone she is wearing. The voice speaks her name again, and she continues. Walking to some stairs leading down, below she sees a boy and a Digimon facing each other. This Digimon meaning an Agumon who also appears to be the mysterious Raptor 1.
(This is probably he most unusual way of introduction). Agumon glares at the boy, as he yells at him for disturbing his fight. He introduces himself as Daimon Masaru (without the goggles), the best street fighter (in Western pattern it would be Masaru Daimon, yet in Japan and other Asian countries the surname is told before the Christian name).
Yoshino wonders IF he is trying to fight a Digimon.
Agumon argues back, saying he is just like every other human.
Yoshino is amazed that it talks (which I find weird, you will know later). The voice from the device she is holding also adds that Agumon will probably win the fight.
The two of them, Masaru and Agumon. Yoshino gets a message from Satsuma to get the human away from the Digimon. It doesn't work (and probably never will, like with all hot headed leaders) and Masaru tells her off. He turns his attention back to Agumon, inviting the fight to come.
They punch and hit the others face at the same time. But they are not knocked out, and apparently there is a strange thing with that. (My guess is that no one has done anything like that before, and survived).
(Intro(with new bands and singers)
The punch send both back, yet they are soon on it again. Agumon believes he will see through Masaru's punches, yet is hit again. They continue fighting, while everyone else is completely puzzled how the human can inflict damage upon the Digimon.
The sun sets, and they are finally finished with their fight. They introduce themselves, and as Masaru is a street fighter, a lot of those glossaries appear, Agumon seems to adopt that language very easily.
Yet still, Yoshino seems forgotten and now she turns up again, holding the device in front of her.
“ Lalamon Realize!”
A mass of data appears and what looks like a cross between a seed and flower emerges from that data. It is also Lalamon's voice we heard earlier. Yoshino wants to capture Agumon back to DATS and the yellow Digimon is afraid. However Masaru clearly disagrees to this. He carries Agumon on his back. Lalamon tries to stop them, but fails. Masaru and Agumon disappears as the two attacks hit each others.
In a tower we see Agumon and Masaru hiding from Yoshino and Lalamon. Masaru asks Agumon some questions, like what in the hell he is? Agumon answers, but the questioning soon ends due to the fact (as we know from season 2) Agumon is hungry. When Masaru tells him to deal with it, Agumon whines loudly. In the end Masaru gives up and goes of to find some food for him, making Agumon promise to stay in the tower.
At a corner shop we see Masaru again,buying loads of food for his new companion. However as he is paying someone tells him to pay for a coffee pudding as well. It is Yoshino.
Outside, later, they sit by a fountain. Yoshino is eating coffee jelly while Masaru remind her to pay him back for it. However, it isn't the twist about the jelly that matters. Yoshino quickly brings forth the subject about Raptor 1. Yoshino wants to know where Masaru has hidden Agumon, yet he refuses to tells. She says his name, and he is surprised she knows so much about him. For example that he was born on April 2nd, is 14 years old, blood type B, goes to Otori Municipal Junior high School, 2nd year, that his father disappeared when he was ten and that he lives with his mother and little sister. (Basic facts, yet fun to know.)
Masaru wonder who she is? She takes up the ID card (yet it looks more like a Digimon Collectors card from my point of view, backside). She is Fujieda Yoshino (Yoshino Fujieda) of DATS. DATS is a corporation that works to control the digital world and Digimon. In other words, she comes from DATS with the orders to take Agumon back to them.
Once more Masaru is confused and denies to give the Digimon back. Yoshino stands up and tells that Agumon won't eat the stuff he had bought for him, in other words hamburgers and such. They need special food made for Digimon, which can only be found at DATS. And if Agumon is kept with Masaru, he will surely die. As to confirm this, or something, the water of the fountain rises.
Masaru asks her to take him to DATS, probably frightened for his friends life.
Later at DATS, they arrive at what looks like a really modern organisation, with a few Digimon found around. Captain Satsuma asks if it is Masaru, as it is and welcomes him to DATS. A small Digimon, lying around Satsuma's neck (it's really been there all the time), asks if he was the one who could hit a Digimon. Masaru of course wonders who it is, and Satsuma answers.
“ He is Kudamon, my partner”
Each member of DATS has his/her partner. Lalamon is Yoshino's partner. It seems that there are also two armour Digimon (armour clad Digimon), one white and one black, who seems to belong to two women working there. (Obs: The last line hasn't been confirmed quite yet)
Masaru wonders if they want him anything, yet it seems it is up to him to choose. The borders between the Digital World and the Human world is starting to collapse for some unknown reason. More and more Digimon appear in the Human world, and they need to be kept at bay.
Masaru however is not interested. He says out loud that they don't reconsider the Digimon's feelings for this. Yet if Agumon would start rampaging, the it would be his responsibility.
By fate, the alarm goes on. It seems that a Digimon is rampaging by the Mac Donalds. Of course the solution becomes Agumon, and Masaru wonders why. The evidence could be that he would attack out of hunger. Masaru has not given him any food. Kudamon adds that it looks like he will have to take responsibility right away.
Masaru runs of. Yoshino is given the orders to follow. He arrives at the tower, but it is empty. Agumon is gone, even though he told him to stay.
There is an explosion coming from below, and Masaru hurried to the elevator. Yoshino follows, but the doors closes before she can get on. We see her disappear from Masaru's perspective, from inside the elevator.
Outside cars are burning, and Agumon is nowhere in sight. The cars explode. Masaru calls for him, telling him to stop. Agumon answers, his head is stuck in a trash bin.
The culprit behind the explosion is an overgrown rooster (literally). Cockatrimon, Adult level, Bird Type. Masaru and Agumon rushes to fight him, using flames and punches. But it seems it doesn't do any damage and Cockatrimon fires a beam that hit Agumon. Masaru runs to see what happened and finds Agumon knocked down.
In rage he runs to fight again, aiming one good punch at the bird's head. But by doing so data appears before him, somehow. Cockatrimon falls, and Masaru wonders what happened since the data has formed around his hand.
The fisherman we saw earlier appears again, throwing him a device like Yoshino's, except that it is orange instead of dark pink. The device is called digivice (big surprise huh?) and combined with the Digisoul it can allow Agumon to evolve.
Masaru is confused but gives it a try.
“ Digisoul Charge!”
Agumon opens his eyes.
“ Agumon shinka (evolves to) GeoGreymon.
Cockatrimon attacks again, hitting the spot before GeoGreymon's feet. The newly evolved Digimon attacks back and Cockatrimon is forced back to an egg. The fight ends and Masaru is overjoyed. However GeoGreymon is back to Agumon again and hungry.
At DATS they confirm Cockatrimon's loss and Satsuma adds that he wants him on his team.
Yoshino picks up the Digiegg while Agumon is still complaining about food. Masaru spaces out thinking about the old fisherman.
Yet before they manage to leave Yoshino remind them about the hurt men at the park. And now we find out that it was Masaru who taught some punks from the next town a lesson. It all happily ends with a view of the bridge, and Yoshino adding that she will have them arrested! End of Episode... (and end of my poor writing fingers)

- The hamburger joint attacked by Cockatrimon has a symbol very like that of McDonald's, but upside-down.
