Trailmon vs. Trailmon
Season 4, Episode 18
There's a big Trailmon race on and there are 7 Trailmon competing. Somehow,
all of the kids manage to become riders on one of the Trailmon (because the
prize is supposed to be a cheeseburger). Neamon is on the sixth Trailmon because
Bokomon wanted to ride but for some reason couldn't. (He was taking care of
the egg.) The last Trailmon is manned - sorry, Digimonned - by the evil ShadowWereGarurumon
and his (rather stupid) crony Doggymon. ShadowWereGarurumon will stop at nothing
to win - he doesn't want to be beaten by humans. Angemon starts the race and
acts as a commentator.
A combination of bad luck and ShadowWereGarurumon's dirty tricks knock the Trailmon
out one by one. Going into the tunnel for the last leg of the race, ShadowWereGarurumon's
Trailmon "Buffalo" and Takuya's Trailmon "Worm" are the only two left. Takuya
digivolves to Agunimon to stop ShadowWereGarurumon's tricks. Dogmon keeps throwing
bombs at Worm and Takuya, and Buffalo comes out of the tunnel first. It looks
like Worm's not going to emerge, but then he comes out in a burst of flame. Though
he's been knocked off the tracks, Worm keeps going really fast. Agunimon supplies
some flame, and Worm breathes fire on Buffalo. Eventually ShadowWereGarurumon,
Dogmon and Buffalo get knocked out, and it's up to Takuya to win. Which he does,
quite easily. The prize turns out to be a trip for seven to Hamburger Digiland,
where the kids and Digimon can eat all they like!
