Koichi and Elizabeth

Chapter 1: The Angel

         Over the week from their stay at the Johnson Inn, Koichi, Kouji, Zoë, Takuya, Tommy, JP became fast good friends with Elizabeth. Especially Koichi.  Koichi always offered to help her with the Inn work. Later Koichi realized he liked her a lot. As in LOVE like.

    When she had her free time, he talked with her a lot.  Then when Friday of the first week came, Elizabeth came to them and offered to bring them to a lake 4 minutes away. 

5 minutes later they ran into a lake. A fence was around it.  Tommy pointed out a rotting moss covered sign that said

WARNING: BAD DROP OFF!!!  NO PUBLIC ENTRÉE!!! NO SWIMMING!!! NO TRESSPASSING!!!!

Everyone looked at Elizabeth.

“That sign is 50 years old. My mom went here when she was 5 years old and my friends come here a lot. So there’s NOTHING to worry about. They fixed the drop off when my grandmother started going college.”  Then she pointed to a new sign about 3 years old that said “WELCOME TO COLLIDOR LAKE!!!” 

“Then how come no one’s there?!” Takuya commented. The empty beach looked inviting but everyone but Koichi was doubtful.  “Well it looks safe, so what’s the big deal?”

“I don’t know… It was spilling with people yesterday when I passed buy to do some errands for my grandmother…” she looked doubtfully at the lake. “Maybe we can go to the public pool instead.” But Koichi objected “Maybe we’re they first ones here.”

“Koichi you can stay here, but we’re going back!” Takuya commented.

“Fine!” Koichi said. This was a shock because no one had seen him like this since they met him. No one really knew he was just trying to be brave to impress Elizabeth. It wasn’t working.

“See ya later dude!” Takuya yelled in his face and stomped off. The rest of the group went with him. Even Kouji went off. Elizabeth looked at the the group and then Koichi. “Are you sure you’ll be okay?” She asked.

“I’ll be fine!” Koichi said rolling his eyes. The next thing he knew she was walking with the group.

Koichi ran into the water and looked around. He saw Elizabeth looking back. He waved and yelled to her “HEY IT’S FINE!!!” He walked more into the water and suddenly felt rocks slipping under his feet. He tried to walk back to the shore but the ground was too slippery and a force was pulling him under he gave a cry and was pulled under.

The next thing he knew he was laying on the grass 5 feet away from the beach. He coughed out a bellyful of water. He noticed the whole group was around him. He sat up

“OMIGOD!!! Are you okay?!” Elizabeth asked seeing that he woke up and knelled down beside him. 

The whole group started flooding him with questions. “What happened?” “What were you thinking?!” “I KNEW we should have just plain gone to the pool”.  Koichi was getting confused and then he yelled

“STOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!!!!!!!” he screamed.  Everyone halted.

“‘What happened’ I thought you guys would know!” He said 

“How would we know when it happened to YOU?!” Kouji said

“I think he means what is our point of view what happened” she stated.

She turned to Koichi “Well I was looking back to see if you were okay, and you pulled into the water as if you were being sucked in, and we ran to get you and then Because JP knew lifegaurding… he pulled you out and you were unconscious but breathing and we were about to call 911 and that’s it.” She said.

Koichi raced through his memory of the incident and remember that he saw Elizabeth when he was drowning under water, but she had wings like an angel. That was it. 

“Um… I don’t remember anything…” He lied.

Um… Maybe we should get you back to the inn.” Takuya commented then the whole group stood up and went to the inn

TA DAAAAAAAAAAA This the First chapter of my FIRST FANFIC EVER!!!! I AM SO HAPPY!  I don’t digimon by the way.
